Your Storage Units Aiken

Amy is just the best. She knows her stuff and is about customer service and making sure you are taken care of. She takes great pride in what she does and the facility is immaculate.

Honestly it's a great unit. I haven't had many problems with the staff over the phone and the unit is nice (10×15 on the third floor). The only major problem that I've had since I got the unit is actually a double charge that has been denied by Your Storage, citing that they only see one charge on their end. My bank is telling me that it is on the merchant end, the merchant is telling me it's on the banks end, and all the while I'm sitting here with no money until the second charge clears, having been forced to move out of an unsafe situation on short notice. I really wish there was a better way to address this issue or at least get a partial refund because of the issues that this has caused myself and my wife in our new home. The bank has explained that what could be happening is an authorization hold on the account in tandem with the already cleared transaction. Just be aware that this is a possibility. Great place otherwise, just frustrated about my money in the situation.
