Your Storage Units Aiken

I was a little over a week past due spoke with office providing date to pay which was only 6 days later. I was locked out of gate and building. When speaking to person on phone he did not tell me I would be locked out of facility. Came over to place articles in my unit and discovered being locked out. The door states that they close office at 6 pm however there is no one in office and door is locked at 5:20 pm.

David and Jessica were awesome! They made the storage process smooth for me, and also made sure I had all necessary info from start to finish with a smile on their face as they did it! Thank you to the both of you for the outstanding customer service!

Update: As much as I like this storage facility, I hate their repeated price increases. I feel trapped because these weren't the prices I agreed to when I chose this facility. Be warned, your storage unit rental price will increase after you move your things in!

I love having an indoor storage unit. They provide dollies at the entrances to assist with getting your items to your unit. The elevators are spacious, I have 24-hour access, and the facility is kept very clean. I appreciate the security this storage facility has in place, also.

When I was in a major pinch, they made the registration process painless and reccomended I view different size units before committing, so ai wouldn’t be stuck with something to large or two small. They provided the best customer service possible, even when it came time for me to vacate when I no longer needed the unit! The facilities are clean, secured and well lit. I will definitely choose them if I ever need a unit in the future!
