She provided supplies to wrap my items, and strategically packed the truck to get the agreed upon items, plus some, in the truck I provided! Then her team unloaded the truck at the destination! Stacy and her crew were very flexible and willing to change delivery day/time which worked out better for everyone with the extreme heat and humidity. The crew of 3 were on time and got right to work unloading our moving truck. They were efficient, friendly and had everything where we wanted it and even set up our master bed for us in 2 hours. Stacy provided us with boxes for our move, and she was remarkably accurate in estimating the various box sizes needed. If we required more boxes, she assured us that we could contact her, and she would deliver them to our house, whether we were home or not.
The movers arrived promptly and began working immediately. They identified all items to be moved after updates to the inventory. When Stacy arrived, we discussed the changes made and confirmed that there would be no additional charges since the removal of larger items had been previously noted.
Throughout the loading process, Stacy demonstrated flexibility and courtesy, offering additional incentives to make the move as smooth as possible in this high-stress environment.
Upon reaching the new location, the movers promptly unloaded the items loaded at the old location. The entire move, from start to finish, took approximately five hours. This local move from one city to another was the smoothest process I have ever experienced.
