I needed a quick move and Manisha was a GREAT HELP!! Thanks Zino movers I Will definitely recommend to all people who need to move!!

Communication:
The customer service team was responsive and answered all of my questions clearly. They kept me updated throughout the process, which made the entire move feel much less stressful. They were proactive in confirming the pickup time and estimated delivery window.

Delivery:
My items arrived in Los Angeles right on schedule, which was a huge relief. The movers unpacked everything carefully, placing my furniture exactly where I wanted it. They were courteous and took extra time to make sure everything was in order.

I would not recommend these people, absolutely rude customer service and they do not take care of your belongings. If you want to save the time and money, do not go with this company.

Recently had to use Zino Movers for a moving job.. Thanks to Manisha the service was exceptional and very professional everything was safely packed and delivered safely. I woulda highly recommend to anyone

They completely destroyed my things and then spoke to me by cursing me out. The way they destroyed my stuff it had to be on purpose. I bought a protector that is tear resistant for my mattress it had like 5 tears in it. My mattress was soaked and has orange stains on it, my entertainment center missing a piece, my desk broken, my filing cabinet has the biggest dent you ever seen, my kitchen table broken, I have a crack in my stair climber, missing parts for my shelves and some are broken. I can't believe it . The best part is the wanted to curse me out instead of dealing with me respectfully . They say on their website the move will be memorable and stress free. They got the memorable part right but it has been nothing but stress.
