I can't say enough great things about this company. Zippboxx has adopted a customer-first mindset and has applied it to all aspects of the business. The moving crew is efficient, thorough, and highly respectful of the items they are moving. During my move the couch presented multiple issues, but the major one was that it could not fit into the elevator. After numerous attempts and the team's not wanting to give it up, they finally got it and were able to get into my new apartment.

Even when it looked like the couch was not going to fit, the team went on a call with the owner and the support team and they all started troubleshooting. This is the third time I have used Zippboxx and should I need to move again, they will be my first call.
