I am so happy and extremely satisfied with Zippboxx moving. Today was the 2nd time I hired them to move me. Their staff is courteous and professional from the time you call with questions, all the way to booking your move, they are with you every step of the way. Moving can be quite stressful but with Zippboxx I had no worries at all.

Their pricing is very affordable and thorough leaving me with no questions at all.

I collect antiques with lots of glass and the movers paid such close attention to wrapping each piece carefully and when we arrived at my new home they unwrapped and put everything in its place. Thank you Zippbox for your outstanding service. I will recommend you to anyone planning a move.

From the 1st day I spoke to Rob, the owner, on the phone I knew this was the moving company for me. He is very calm and reassuring and takes whatever time you need with you to go over things, you're not rushed at all. I had to change my move date and it was absolutely not a problem. I called in a panic (almost in tears) 4 days before my move and spoke to Michelle. She was wonderful, calmed me down and we decided I needed 2 guys for 3 hours to pack up my kitchen. Jova and Nelson came over and had everything done and packed in 3 hours. The day of the move went even more smoothly. I have nothing but praise for this entire operation. Rob, Michelle, Jova, Ryan and the rest of the crew thank you so much for your professionalism and your caring ability to make a stressful situation feel effortless. I highly recommend this company for all your moving needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The gentlemen who came to my move were very hard working, strong, efficient, careful and kind. I highly recommend ZippBoxx movers. I have hired them twice and will use them every time I need quality professionals.

Warning: Shady with the final, contracted price; overcharged. The contract had me at $910 for the truck, 3 movers, and 5 hours of labor, with a 2 hour labor minimum. (I knew it wouldn't take the full 5 hours). Then at the end of the day, they finished the move in 3.75 hours, and still charged me $900.

Ryan is the one who completes the transaction at the end, over the phone, so he is the one who I asked how this was possible given the contract I signed-- he said something about 'well travel takes an hour.' This was a lie, as I still have the text from Michelle on the morning of the move (she schedules the move, gets contract signed, takes inventory). Her text stated 'labor starts from the time they arrive at the origin.' (Photo attached). I also looked through the contract again once home which confirmed that Ryan made this up and got away with it.

The worst part about all this is this that because Ryan/Zippbox overcharged me, I didn't have enough money to give the actual movers a bigger tip/gratuity. I felt terrible because the actual movers were not the ones who were sketchy or unprofessional here-- The guys who moved us were awesome!! They were efficient, nice, on-time, and managed to fit us into a 10x10 storage unit-- I never could have puzzled that together so marvelously! I believe the lead mover of the 3 guys was Juan. He definitely gets 5+ stars!
