I briefly signed up for an estimated price quote with ZS but did not sign an agreement. If you don't sign the agreement, you are not liable for the charges. Be careful before you commit to anything including the payment. Don't fall for the low price. This place is all sales and no quality. I can only imagine they will be out of business in a few years.

So far it’s been a great experience. We had a Rat Pack unit dropped off and picked up by Wilson. He was prompt and very professional. I’ve received prompt customer service from Jaice the operations manager in Franklin, MA. He answered all of my questions or concerns via texting or phone calls and was also very professional. Thank you Wilson and Jaice! I will update my review after this container travels cross country to Oregon. :)

Not only was this company delayed in picking up and delivering our belongings they are argumentative and unwilling to acknowledge fault. They allowed our stuff to sit in their storage facility for days on end. The belongings arrived smelling of mildew. When we reported the damaged items to their claims department they stated that it was not their responsibility since it was due to packing. Their company sourced the movers that packed the shell and we provided them with packing blankets to use for padding. Additionally it was haphazardly packed, which predictably the packers refuse to acknowledge. I had to purchase a tarp to put in the bottom and top due to the leaks that were evident in their trailer when they delivered the cage inside. I provided two photos that show things were just tossed inside.
