Zippy Shell

This companies communication is extremely poor. Upon showing up we never received a call and had to rush back to our house. On top of that the containers are much smaller than they advertise and even the loaders agreed it was small. We measured the cage and it’s almost 2 feet smaller on all sides. This required us to purchase a U-Haul to transport the rest of our stuff across the country. They picked our stuff up on 3/23 and it’s now 4/5 and we have had no update and when we call they just dismiss us.
They have a 6-10 day delivery policy and it’s over that. They also tried to tell us that the 10 days only means it’ll show up in the state it’s being delivered to in 10 days and then it can take another couple days to deliver that. Both of those days are a Saturday but they claim they don’t do delivery on Saturday and those days don’t count towards the time. I’d avoid using this company as we have been waiting 2 weeks for our stuff at this point.
