Review:

Bryan did a great job delivering the Pack- Rat pod. He was on time and very pleasant. Placed the pod in the most desirable location.

Horrible experience. Zero stars. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. These 'shells' are pig-wire metal crates that in retrospect I wouldn't ship a pool noodle in. It was filthy and had green slime on the floor. They were a day late for my job and blamed that on the contracted labor Bell Hops. Also horrible don't use them either. I provided moving blankets and tie-down straps; and could only account for four blankets actually used. I attempted to negotiate with the container company prior to my container being shipped - to either repack it, or last resort to hire a different moving company to unload and cancel the job; however they would then consider my unit delivered and charge me the entire amount even though it was still at the original location and had not left the state. 80% of contents had damage upon arrival. ZittyShell takes zero responsibility for packing; and the Bell Hops clowns lied when I submitted the claim for damages saying i didn't provide the blankets or tie-downs. Also Bell Hops refused to consider my claim because they were contracted via ZittyShell. Pictures are only some of the damages. Yes that is a drill bit and plastic push pin embedded in the side of the cabinet from the container and failing to use the blankets and straps.
Edit - contracted online; moved from FL to CA. Issue was in FL. the CA unload crew was awesome and were shocked by the container and how it was 'packed'.
