I can tell you the start of the process was not good but thank goodness for Joshua H in Senior management who came to the rescue. So in summary, would I make use of Zippy Shell in the future absolutely as long as I knew I had Josh in the wings. My valuables showed up and even the company they contracted to off load my furniture was amazing. So to those of you thinking about a move call Zippy Shell / Pack Rat.
