Shahtaj C did a great job resolving issues we had with our delivery. She provided great customer service!

There was a delay on picking up the second Pack Rat pod for my mother in law as she was told several times it would be picked up this week and now today is Friday. She was told today it would be picked up Monday but Monday is too late so I called Pack Rat to advocate for her. As frustrated as I was for even having to call, when Taj answered the phone for Pack Rat, it was like a peace came over me. Even if I wanted to be upset, I couldn't because the tenderness of her voice was like water being poured over my heart with healing.

Taj you were simply a breath of fresh air and one who represents their company well. You are truly an asset to Pack Rat and I hope they know it is because of you that I'm leaving this review. You are the epitome of professional and unwavering customer service. How you calmed my nerves and how you listened to my concered heart on behalf of my mother in law was one thing, but the way you delivered the resolution was everything.

Thank you so much for communicating with your managers to make things right and restoring our faith in believing we chose right when we chose Pack Rat LLC for our move. I wanted to leave more than a (5) star review because my experience with you today with how you represented Pack Rat was simply immeasurable and incalculable. You delivered the best of what you do and who you are; pure humanity. Taj I hope you will always go back and read this review every so often to never forget, why you matter and why you are so valuable to Pack Rat and to any company that would hire you. After a mix up with the size of containers ordered, Shahtaj Chughtai did a fantastic job of easing my conscience and correcting the order so I would be able to have the right size containers delivered.

I regrettably hired Zippy Shell/1-800-PACK-RAT as an alternative to a more well-renowned moving/storage business for an interstate move. To err on the side of caution, I made additional, optional monthly payments into an extra insurance protection policy and hired their recommended movers. Upon drop-off, several pieces of my furniture were damaged or destroyed, including the complete collapse of my new couch's crest rail.

Upon filing a damages claim and providing photo evidence, Zippy Shell/1-800-PACK-RAT took ~3 months to reply and inexplicably determined the damages were the result of 'natural shifting' and 'improper packing,' despite meticulously preparing and packing our belongings in the days prior to pick up. Their claims department have since ignored subsequent attempts to discuss and resolve the issue amicably.

I am now in the process of filing a lawsuit for violation of their contract and would implore any potential customers to stay away from this business and their deceptive practices. Instead, hire a more reputable company to save yourself the long term expenses and stress.
