Zippy Shell of Louisiana

These google reviews are lies! Mice feces and urine over all our household items. This “climate-controlled” facility is a warehouse in Elmwood that is not AC controlled at all. The pod is a cage and does not match the photos you see on zippy shell website. We were out in a rural area so I barely had any options. These raving reviews gave me peace of mind when I initially chose this company. But if you go to yelp you’ll read all about the infestation and all the damage ! Terrible terrible terrible. So upset and disgusted.

Do not recommend this company at all. Very unprofessional service. After they deliver, if you need assistance or a pickup, they don't answer the phone and may or may not call you back. Sat on my property for weeks empty and refused to refund anything even after the scheduled appointment and never showed up.

The young man that delivered the storage unit was very polite and helpful.

The delivery driver was wonderful. Very professional and courteous. Salesman Damian was very helpful in setting everything up. We will use them again.
