Love them! They moved me from nyc to Mexico:)
Great service.
My service from Wisconsin to Mexico was quoted to take 4-6 weeks. David and company picked up my items in August. It’s now end of November and no word on my shipment. I used Zoomalo to move my items and trusted their word. I am now in limbo living and working in Mexico waiting for my items to arrive. ?
Our daughter recently moved from Tx to San Miguel de Allende. We used Zoomalo for her move. Zoomalo staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. David Lach patiently answered all of our questions and concerns and was very personable and responsive. Everything arrived in great condition and we really appreciated the care that they provided for all of her things. We highly recommend Zoomalo if you plan to move to or from Mx to the US. Thank you for a great experience. Julie Weissert
I am puzzled that I received such poor service based upon the stellar reviews.
I contacted David Lach back in February to arrange a move to Mexico in July. He promised the moon. We can transport your belongings - no problem. We will transport your vehicle on our trailer - no problems. We can transport your dogs, and they will ride up front in the cab with us - no problem. And if we get your dogs there before you arrive, no problem, as my child loves dogs and they can stay with us until you arrive.
It all sounded so good. And none of it ever happened. David only communicated with me by email, infrequently, and never by phone. He gave me a quote for moving household goods early on, but nothing more. Never a price to transport vehicle. Never let me reserve a move date. Weeks would go by between his correspondence with me. Always promising to call. Always saying he was busy on the road. Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Grossly mismanaged.
I have no idea why he never involved his office staff. I never heard from anyone else. Just David. Who was always on the road. Miserable. Use at your own risk.
