Do not use these people for a long distance move Moved from Bay St Louis to Abilene Tx and had to put my stuff in storage until I found a place of my own. Covid hit and everything went crazy so took a long time to find a property Was 3 years my stuff was in storage and when I got everything out I was missing a lot of things of that was supposed to be there Tools , kitchen items,cookers, etc I knew there was no need to complain after 3 years so potential customers just beware and inventory everything you possibly can Spend more money and hire a company that does long distance moving

The people at the drop off location were very friendly and helpful when I returned the truck. The guy immediately got up from his seat and came to greet me. This location had nice personnel and provided a great customer service experience.
