Terrible experience. My tv and three lamps were broken, they lost a chair, and my mattress was somehow missplaced for 9 days. When I received it, it was water damaged and covered in black mold. I was told to file a claim which took months and then was reimbursed around $100 for all the damages. During this time, I was told that I HAD to keep my mattress (again, covered in mold) & all other broken things until the case had resolved. Frustrating and insulting. The folks I interacted with were great, but the systems put in place to manage my move were not successful.

I was asked if I needed boxes and told them I did. They never brought them despite multiple people saying they would all day of my move. First it was the movers who would bring them, then someone from the office was supposed to with a 2 hour eta. When that didn’t happen, I talked to a manager who apologized and promised the boxes, but still never got anyone to bring them. With all of this runaround and lying I will never move with them again. Update: Upon seeing my review, the director of marketing reached out to me and offered an apology and a credit for my trouble. I appreciate that and hope my moving experience was just a fluke.
Very happy with the service! Crew was on time, professional, taking great care to pack our possessions and deliver them safely to our new home. Company shows they care by having an area supervisor come by to check on the team while packing and received a follow up call after the move to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend Frank and his company to anyone for their next home or office move.

This being our 14th relocation in 35 years we have reasonable expectations. This company failed in most every category in what should of been a stress free relocation. Our household goods were placed on 2 separate trailer trucks with NO notice until it was too late. One would assume that the homeowner would be advised so that “essential household items would be placed on the first truck with the non essential household items on the truck not being delivered until 4 full days after the first. Our coordinator was MIA or just avoiding having to have the difficult conversation. It’s been 1 1/2 days and I finally was able to contact the company to find out that the second load is now sitting in a warehouse waiting to be loaded yet again onto another truck. Again no communication from coordinator. The good news is all my Christmas decorations, storage items,patio furniture, bicycles, spare bedroom items will arrive on time. I do believe they call this “Bait and Switch”.
