Garner Moving Companies 2025

Charged significant extra fees not on their website, paid much more than quoted, didn’t have the truck I requested, broken air conditioner. Would not go again.

This companies communication is extremely poor. Upon showing up we never received a call and had to rush back to our house. On top of that the containers are much smaller than they advertise and even the loaders agreed it was small. We measured the cage and it’s almost 2 feet smaller on all sides. This required us to purchase a U-Haul to transport the rest of our stuff across the country. They picked our stuff up on 3/23 and it’s now 4/5 and we have had no update and when we call they just dismiss us.
They have a 6-10 day delivery policy and it’s over that. They also tried to tell us that the 10 days only means it’ll show up in the state it’s being delivered to in 10 days and then it can take another couple days to deliver that. Both of those days are a Saturday but they claim they don’t do delivery on Saturday and those days don’t count towards the time. I’d avoid using this company as we have been waiting 2 weeks for our stuff at this point.

Red Brick moving is the best moving company around! They handled my last move and (now that I have finally finished unpacking) I can say NOTHING was broken in my move because the movers were so careful and yet efficient. The thing that stood out to me was the frequent and clear communication with the owner and the staff. I will hire them for my next move.

Dwayne and Frank showed up on time and carefully delivered each item. They were very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely excellent and professional service! Alisha was awesome, very personable and capable. She texted to inform me of her arrival time and when she did arrive, quickly and expertly placed the pod in my driveway maneuvering the curves and over hanging trees without incident. I hope I'm fortunate enough to have her come back when I turn in the pod. Thank you for hiring such exceptional personnel!
