Three cheers for U-Pack. Everything was smooth sailing with this company. The pickup, dropoff, and delivery was friendly and punctual. The cubes were clean and handled with care. The price was hard to beat. Our cubes arrived a couple of days earlier than promised and we were able to time the delivery just to our needs. Highly recommend this company for its simplicity and great customer service.

Barrett and his team helped me move out of my home in a very timely manor while keeping all of my belongings safe and secure throughout my move to my new home. After I was settled into my home Barrett and his crew hauled off some extra trash that I needed taken to the dump. 10/10 recommend hire Barrett and his crew for your moving needs.

I called a bunch of different places. Seemed like I was talking to people in other states and I could never get my questions answered. I have a tight driveway with tons of overhanging trees. Barrett answered all my questions and said he would make sure that the container was EXACTLY where I wanted. When I ask if he would be coming on the delivery he said he sure would. Made me feel a lot better. He arrived with two workers it wasn't easy but they put it exactly where I wanted and made sure I was happy. The containers seem nice clean and have a ceiling that lets in light.

I loved renting a unit here. The staff was helpful and informative upon move-in. Anytime I had to make a call due to a late payment, they were understanding, helpful, and (most important to me) kind and friendly.

The facility was always clean, well lit, and safe even at night time. The parking area gives plenty of room for several cars or trucks if multiple people are moving things in or out, and I typically had no problem finding a cart to move heavy objects. I also like the climate control factor because I stored plenty of books and there was no evidence of mildew.

Certainly worthy of 5 stars in my book!
