Worst company ever! Told me they had no hidden fees. Then charged me $300 for packing supplies (which most was reusable.) Then broke my cube shelf and wouldn't take it off (price wise.) I called customer service and she was rude and just kept saying I can deal with it after dropping off. They didn't deliver everything but I was so sick of it all I didn't say anything. I would never recommend this company!!! Also they kept changing how I was to pay the bill.

I've used U-Pack twice for cross-country moves and have never had any problems. I love the fact that I pack the truck and secure the bulkhead so no one else touches or has access to my belongings. No damage and no theft!! They drop the trailer for loading and delivery on time and I am happy to take care of the rest. Reliable and cost efficient, can't ask for more than that!

Mrs. Mary was wonderful and helped me out a lot. Definitely recommend getting storage unit!
