I can’t say enough good about ABC. They are such good people, and took great care of my stuff in storage for over 10 years. When we got out stuff, everything came through perfectly! They are incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. For any moving or storage needs, call them! They are just the best of the best!

After receiving numerous quotes from moving companies in the Hampton Roads area we chose Harrison's because of their professionalism and value. To begin, their initial quote was CONSIDERABLY less than every other moving company, proving that they are seasoned movers who know what they're doing. While the final bill was slightly higher than the quote (no initial quote will be 100% correct), it was still almost $700 cheaper than the next lowest initial quote. We had the pleasure of working with Mike Carrithers, their Sales Executive, during the entire moving process. I cannot commend Mike enough for his professionalism, understanding, and flexibility during our closing process. Unfortunately, our closing was pushed several times because of forces outside of our control, and Mike made sure the Harrison's team was ready when we were. The Harrison's packing team were fast, efficient, professional, polite, and most importantly, careful with our belongings. A team of four ladies, Candice, Trellis, Gabriella, and Tamara packed up my entire house in less than 6 hours. We were very impressed. The moving team consisted of William, Sam, Oliver, and Carlos. Like Mike and the packing team before them, they were fast, efficient, professional, polite, and careful with our belongings. We were pleasantly surprised that they were able to get all the furniture from the 2nd floor down the stairs without scratching or digging into the recently-painted stairwell walls. Overall, my experience with Harrison's was phenomenal at every step. I would recommend them to everyone planning a move, whether local or long-distance.

Continuing from my wife's (Deidre Salter) review: another excuse for why the workers didn't show up today was that he couldn't reach Gordon. He sent my wife Gordon's number (as if she was suppose to get a hold of him). I called Terrell and he eluded to me making contact with Gordon to set something up. First off, these are YOUR workers sir; you reach out and set something up, that's not my job! Further, when you texted my wife with Gordon's number you said he would put our items together for us, as if he was on his way. So, out of desperation I called Gordon and my wife texted him. He didn't answer the phone, nor did he respond to her text, and... I couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. NEEDLESS TO SAY, we have no place to eat (the dining room has not been setup) and we have limited space to sleep (only 2 bed were setup but we are a family of 5.... so they didn't finish 2 bedrooms). And here is the GOTCHA, NOT ONE MEMBER of the Kloke Group has apologized. Out of all the calling, texting and back and forth today, the supervisor hasn't apologized; the person who broke the desk hasn't apologized, the guy who damaged my wall, door, and door frame hasn't apologized... THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! I would NEVER recommend them! If the Navy/TMO gives you an option to pick your moving company, stay away from this one! (The only people who were good to us and professional were Darlene (A+) and Andrew- they call him AJ (B-). The company is suppose to "come back" tomorrow at 5pm. We'll see what happens....

We had a poor experience. They did not come on time any of the three days that we used them. They only sent one person on the first day to pack the entire home. The second day, only one person came until later in the afternoon, when a few more crew members showed up. They spilled water in three different places on the carpet and on a wooden chest of drawers. They forgot to check closets and drawers full of clothes and belongings. They missed a full cupboard in the kitchen. They forgot to close several boxes. The packers were all courteous and friendly, but the receptionists on the phone were cold, unhelpful, and unable to answer questions about timelines or expectations. The company was coordinated for us as part of our military move.

Never again. The worst company I ever dealt with in my life. Run don't walk away.
