This store has changed for the better over the past few years. Amanda is so helpful and pleasant compared to the last Manager who was Rude and belligerent to the point where I didn't rent trucks there anymore. Such a pleasure to do business there now.

I think it's really awful that in the one year we have been there, we have already had several rate increases. I feel like your strategy is to promise people one price and then once they get everything in, raise it to the point where they can't afford it anymore. I'm not sure why anyone would do that except maybe you want to be able to take possession of the unit contents when a person defaults? It certainly isn't good for longevity . I think it's really dishonest.

I rented a 20 foot truck for the Brimfield North Show in eastern New Hampshire. The truck was brand new. My Show was a complete success ,because I was able to rent a vehicle that fit My needs , an My Time Line. For which I Thank U-Haul Very Much.

The team in the office in Keene, NH were the greatest! They helped us so much!! They helped pick out boxes, helped us find our very clean unit, they were the best ever!! We wish all businesses would be run so well!!
