An excellent move without worrying about my things being damaged. The people are very attentive and work very orderly. I totally recommend the company.

I requested my pick up transaction to be at the counter however, when I arrived, I was forced to use the app. Once I downloaded U-Haul app it was time consuming, I had to re-enter all of my information, and the pictures of the odometer and gas meter were not accurate. This process that should’ve been quick and seamless but, took over an hour to pick up the vehicle. Also, I had a 15 foot truck reserved however when I called an hour and a half before my scheduled time I was told there were none available. Then I had to have multiple back-and-forth conversations in order to arrange for a 10 foot truck. Because this truck was smaller, it required two trips for my move. Therefore, more gas was used, more mileage used, and I had to pay the movers for additional time.

The only positive was that the truck was clean.

I have used UHaul truck rental before but this was the first time using this service and the experience was great. The price was great as well. I will definitely be using it again. Everyone was helpful along the way and the ladies handling the trucks and lifts are amazing. Very happy with this service.

My time at extra space was limited but it was a great experience. I had the help of thee gentleman Edwin and his colleague Eric which were both straightforward and detailed on the information I needed to follow through with my storage unit. They were amazing in helping with the process and when I moved out it was an easy going experience. Thank you for the service much appreciated.
