Hi, it's important for me to say that I had a phenomenal experience and wonderful customer service with a girl named Juli, I remember her pretty well but this girl was phenomenal, I mean she made me feel right at home, I've never been treated like this before and at a U-Haul facility, this woman went above and beyond to give me the best service I've ever received, in fact if I ever need to rent a U-Haul again I will be going to this location, thank you.

Used them for a move (better for the environment). There was a mix up and I didn't get the right order which would've added more stress to a stressful situation HOWEVER the way it was handled was great and they were swift in fixing it and it was smooth sailing after. No one is perfect but as a fellow biz owner I respected how it was handled!!

This Uhaul was horrible. Extremely rude over the phone when I called to schedule my delivery. Extremely unhelpful, being that my box was already 2 days late, they then proceeded to only let me schedule delivery for multiple days later. Changed pick up date of the U-box after I was done using it for ANOTHER 2 days later. Overall, horrible service and will never work with the U haul in Austin again. (The delivery driver of the U-box was pretty cool, but told me they could pick it up the next day which I was then told is not true at all)
