Alexey and team helped us move interstate. We would highly recommend Asquared moving! The were very meticulous in packing and delivered as per the promised timelines. If you are deciding between moving providers you should pick these guys and you won't regret it.

Absolutely awful customer service. I arrived yesterday at 3:00 pm to a sign on the door that no one in the office would be available until the next day. I then called to get a unit assigned. The system assigned me a unit with about 5 feet of snow piled in front. I called back to request a different unit & was informed the gentleman on the phone was unable to change the unit assignment.

He called the manager as well as the district manager to see if either could assist but neither either answered the phone or called back after he left a voicemail. Long story short of the three employees assigned to that physical location none of them were available to assist customers during regular business hours and the call center employees aren't all given the tools to assist appropriately. Complete waste of my time & an embarrassment of a company.

Kiara is the best, she was super friendly, very informative, and very considerate when it came to our storage needs. Great place to do business with, and highly recommended.

Kai was very cordial over the phone and was able to help my Dad with questions and convenient payment options. Great Job Kai!

Mr. Harris deserves a recognition beyond a five star rating. I worked for the man, the training is slightly intense and interesting as well as fun. Labor, always hard, but between him and most times his customers, make it worth wild. He takes good care of all his customers, and treat their belongings, like his own. This same trait is passed down to his employees, and we embrace his primary principles. Customer gets first class service, the only Company I ever witnessed, worked for, that lives up to his expectations and reputation. Is Harris moving Company.
