My experience haven’t been pleasant or good. I asked if the storage fee would change and I was told r wouldn’t, I do not recall reading it. I haven’t been with the company for 6 months and my fee went up over $40. It’s hard to contact a representative or the people in the store. I was charged some sort of fee after I was already a customer, I had two locks and they told me I had to get another from them and then I could return theirs within 30 days which was mind bothering bme cause again I had my own 2. When I called I received information and when I went in person there were different people and different information again. The new storage I moved to was so gross I had to ask if it was a joke. I understand it’s just a storage unit but why would someone want to store their belongings in that mess and pay for it? I was given the worst customer service from the computer check in person that was my last straw. When the weather is better I hope to remove my belongings. I have other things that were so wrong and I would not recommend. Also if I could give a 0 I would not a 1.

Everyone is so friendly. I couldn’t recommend this location and every other in the district enough.

I wouldn’t let them move a twig in my yard! 75% of our stuff damaged. Foyer piece delivered with 3 legs! Almost all furniture damaged. Lost an entire crate only to be found weeks later! Most boxes smashed and contents destroyed. Most horrible experience.

My Godparents were moving to Michigan and the first moving company backed out because they wrote down the wrong date. My Godparents were directed to a new moving company Shamrock Moving & Storage. John the owner came to the house surveyed everything and told them they were able to do the move. The day of the move they were 30 minutes late. They were told the company was gonna show up with 2 trucks and 8 guys but only 1 truck showed up with 3 guys. John and the other driver went to collect the second truck and left the 2 guys to start packing up a 5 1/2 bedroom house. Then John decided to back up the truck into the driveway and got it stuck for an hour. When the truck got unstuck he wanted to stop moving everything and come back in the morning when they had to get the house emptied by 1 p.m. the next day. If it hadn’t been for other people the house wouldn’t have gotten packed and even after that there was stuff that was still left in the house, garage, back porch and shed which made them buy a storage unit. One truck arrived in Michigan on time and the other one got lost. The first thing when unpacking was my uncles grill got damaged and a mirror inside the hutch was shattered. I felt that my Godparents wouldn’t have to rent a storage unit if the trucks were probably packed. All the owner did was complain the entire time. As time went on one of the employees that was hired in Michigan when to my Godparents and told them about the mirror and they were told not to tell them from John the owner. John complained that the boxes were too heavy but they only had 2 days to pack up a 5 1/2 bedroom house when the other moving company backed out. My Godparents for lucky that everything has arrived but they were very unstratified with their experience with this company.

Have used BK movers multiple times and they always go above and beyond. My most recent move 1/28/25 they moved me from my condo in under 5 hours.

This is a scam. Gave a quote based on pictures with very detailed information. Quote was given and on moving day, with no additional boxes or furniture, the total was triple the amount! This was a complete shake down for more money and they tried to take advantage of an elderly disabled widow!
