Used to rent here for a while and realized these guys don't care. I call ahead of time because I like to be prepared and I typically know what type of equipment I need along with any accessories that may be required to complete a project. I called ahead 3 times to make sure the grindes and dust extractors were available for project.
When I arrived, they had nothing ready and had to explain again what I needed. I need to remove epoxy and explained the type of diamonds/bits i needed. They gave me some smooth shit. The dust extractor that was supposed to work in conjunction with stand behind grinder edco didn't extract the dust at all. The edco unit itself had electrical issues with the wiring although the power supply was more than efficient to handle the volts/amps. The Hilti handheld grinder was stuck on the head that they're mechanic went to the back to disconnect it and give me more coarse head and the thing flung off while my guys were using it. Could've harmed someone or damaged property. The only piece of equipment that operated properly was their small 5 gallon dust extractor. I called and explained to them day of issues and instead of waiting for me to arrive to discuss issues and payments they charged me to have their equipment sitting on a jobsite while I had to make arrangements with a more reliable equipment rental company. Do better!
