I had a great experience - the company showed up on time, moved everything efficiently, and saved me and my family hours in moving! Troy and John were excellent!

I love the branding of the company and all of the little memes/photos with the horse too! If you have a mattress, I would recommend buying your own mattress bag as they will charge $50 on site but otherwise the price was as quoted (billed by time if your estimate is inaccurate and it takes longer). The price is a LOT more affordable than other national companies.

I look forward to using them again when I move out!

Worst Company…Do NOT use. Never showed up on the day scheduled. Rescheduled for next morning…guaranteed us he would be at the house by 7:30 no later than 8 a.m. Did not show up at 8 and did not notify us of any delay. We had to contact him …he said he was stuck in traffic and would arrive by 9-9:15 a.m. Still no show by 9:20 and he would not respond to text messages. USShip who contracted him out just said he was running late. By 10 a.m. he did not respond to text messages. When calling his phone number he did not answer and voicemail was full so could not leave a message. We canceled him.

Mark is a very valuable employee to have at your company. He is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above & beyond!
