Passaic Moving Companies 2024

I recently chose XTREME movers for my elderly mother who is relocating down to Florida. I was looking for an affordable price to move her as my husband and I are on a fixed income. The representative that helped us with the process start to finish was Samuel. He was very thorough and informative. The movers came on time and displayed nothing but professionalism, respect, and even went out of their way to treat Mom’s cherished antiques with extra care and precautions. They supplied blankets and pads and individually wrapped up even the most fragile pieces expertly! I personally checked over everything as we got her all settled in and there was virtually NO damages that occurred at any point during the move. I highly recommend them for a long distance move as this was was smooth and painless as possible especially with valuable, priceless items. Thank you guys! I will definitely put the word out about this 5 star service to all my friends & family!

The worst business experience one can possibly have with any company. Soulless!! They charged me over the estimate, forced to pay cash (although credit card was listed in the original estimate as one of the options), demanded a tip, no delivery timelines offered, and intentionally damaged my furniture when they didn't receive it (tip). They literally destroyed or damaged every single piece of my furniture, and offered less than $90 as compensation.

Joseph Deltoro- the so called moving consultant called me at 9:30 PM. I asked him to verify which company he was calling from, since I was getting quotes from various companies I just wanted to confirm who this company was. He immediately got defensive and rude on the phone and talking over me when I was just asking to verify the name of the company. I hung up on him because he was extremely rude. The psycho then texts me and sends me a link to something he googled about me. ALL OF THIS BECAUSE I HUNG UP! when I looked up the company, I see all of these complaints and I can see why. This dog needs a little more home training.
