I had a vehicle moved with this company a few months ago and they were incredibly helpful. Not only did they respond and keep in touch throughout the whole process, they went the extra step to ensure my cargo made it to the destination safely. I would use them again tomorrow.

My daughter and I had a very positive and satisfying experience with our move using college hunks! Joseph and Kenya were very pleasant, attentive to our needs and professional!!! Due to the COVID19 pandemic, I had to abruptly leave my NYC apartment building and move home although my lease was ending this month. I called Imperial Moving & Storage to see if they could pack up all my belongings and store them until I returned to NYC. I spoke to Fernando over the phone who helped set up a crew to go and pack and move out for me. A few days prior to the move out date, they called to confirm everything and were so kind and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. Ben was in charge of the move and he did a phenomenal job packing and moving everything. From dissembling my furniture, to packing all the clothes still hanging in my closet, he did everything with care and efficiency. They moved very fast and left the apartment spotless. Of course, when you are not present, it can be a little unsettling having someone else pack up all your belongings but I felt extremely comfortable as Ben kept me updated throughout the move, facetiming me when necessary. I recommend this company and crew to everyone! They are efficient, kind, and reasonable priced. I could not thank them enough!

I just moved into a co-op building and hired Molloy brothers to make sure everything went smoothly. I was recommended from a friend who had moved into a building recently as well. I could not have done it a better way! The experience from start to finish during this stressful time ( not knowing when I would actually be ready to move ) and last minute timing was over the top accommodating! The crew that day was so efficient and fast I didn't have to worry or do a thing! They even made two stops for me since some of my stuff was at my parents home. I knew I was in good hands from start to finish. I have already recommended them to friends that are moving and they cannot wait to use them! Thank you Molloy Bros!!

Oz was a pleasure to work with. John was responsive at all times, the crew arrived on time. They moved quickly, efficiently, and carefully through the house to remove my items to storage. During a slight mistake, the entire company was responsive in resolving the issue; I've never seen such customer service before! I highly recommend Oz to anyone looking to move.

I would give them negative stars if I could. We had a long distance move scheduled and we made it very clear that the move was needed to start exactly at 11:00 AM. The night prior - we called multiple times and were confirmed for 11:00 AM start time. The move day comes - it’s 11:10 AM we call the movers and they say they will be there shortly. 11:30 AM comes - we call and the dispatch center says they will contact the drivers. They then call back and say we will not be there until 1:30 PM. We explained saying this is a long move and it’s unacceptable that we did not receive any notification of the delay until we called multiple times after we were promised that the move would start at 11:00 AM as we had elevator reservations at both apartments. The dispatch went on to laugh at us and say I don’t know what to do “do you want us at 1:30 or not”. I asked what kind of service are you providing and he replied “the best - great service.” After which we went back and forth without an apology and them continuously saying we can come whenever we are ready or not. Your choice. The call ended and then speaking to one of the managers who did not apologize and also said there’s nothing to be done (the same individual who confirmed multiple times an 11 AM pickup and start). She proceeded to hang up on us. Then she did not answer any of our phone calls. I used a different number to call - which she picked up - listened to my first two words and then hung up again. Safe to say if a company can’t even provide proper service over the phone and accept their mistakes - I can only imagine the true service provided when moving. As you can see - these reviews (almost all bad) speak for themselves. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT AND ALL OF THEIR NASTY EMPLOYEES.

I have never had a moving experience that was so pleasant. I have used movers before with mostly positive results. TDY Moving and Storage were not like that. From the initial contact to the moment they drove away, total punctual and efficient. They were very careful while driving and when they moved into my new house, everything was reassembled with utmost care. Best of all, they did it perfectly and came in under estimate will definitely use this service in future moves.

After my mother passed away our family used White Glove to move my mother's furniture to 4 different places. I cannot praise them enough! They were professional, organized, polite and prompt. They went above and beyond. White Glove Movers made a very sad day much easier for me. The crew who worked the move was so nice and understanding and very helpful.
