U-Haul did everything right. I moved from Minnesota to New Mexico with 2 cubes. The price was very reasonable. The move was so much easier with U-Haul transporting then storing until I was ready. Then 4 months later U-Haul brought me one then the other when I asked. Thank you U-Haul.

I was charged 450 dollars for damage I didnt do. I took a picture of the damage as soon as I saw it but the lady at the location told me I should have told them about the damage when i initially rented the vehicle except i picked up a d saw the vehicle for the first time the day after I rented it. They didn't even know the correct mileage when I picked up the vehicle and when I got the vehicle it had only a quarter tank of gas .

If you are considering T&S Trinkets to help with an estate buyout or liquidation be warned and seriously consider a different company. Tom is a super likable guy however, he is not an honest person. Nor are any of his friends who pose as potnetial buyers. I realize that no one can please everyone all of the time but this review is not about petty disageements. It is a serious warning because I don't want what happened to me, to happen to you.
