My husband moved out of his condo in downtown Las Vegas to an apartment. The manager at the apartment complex recommended Red Carpet. I called and talked to Amy Higgins who set up the move and then sent me a confirmation email with a chart with details of the move that I could screen shot and send my husband to print. They asked for photos of our artwork. The team of 3 men arrived exactly at 9:15 as scheduled and did such a fabulous job, my husband gave a very large tip. If you need to move, we HIGHLY recommend Red Carpet.
I had a great experience with the crew from Champion Movers. They arrived promptly, they were courteous and very professional. Now first and foremost the service was impeccable. Jonathan and Steves assessments were on point. Jonathan lead the move in an organized and a timely manner. I would not hesitate in recommending these guys. They were Great!
I was thoroughly pleased with the move, especially during a pandemic, from planning the date, to completing the deposit to the actual move. Things went downhill when I noticed an item did NOT make it into my place of residence. I followed up several times by phone, twice locally and once at the corporate level. I also followed up by email. My last communication I spoke with the local office. They promised to look into the situation and get back to me. I never heard back. I even got a couple of surveys later and I responded that I would not complete a survey until I hear back about my missing item. Still nothing. I was really happy with the moving rep, Robert. He was meticulous, careful and patient. He even made the contentious situation that caused the move easier. I am disappointed that I haven’t heard back. But I will more than likely give them another chance.

I’ve literally moved more than 15 times and this has hands down been the best experience of them all. Professional, fast, and well equipped. They had everything they needed to get the job done. They executed swiftly without sacrificing care. Each it was handled as if it were their own family. Definitely will be using them again!!!
Completely unreasonable, would not allow me to use a cashiers check for payment even after talking to their customer service prior to deliver. Straight up lied about where my furniture was being stored. Told me my deliver was on a truck that never existed. Two guys and a Penske showed up with a too small truck, they literally threw stuff in boxes without any wrapping. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS
Please for the love of god do not use this company. Use any other moving company. I’ve been looking on yelp to leave a review but this company doesn’t show up on yelp. I’ll try to keep this short for those who will read this in the future. Everything about this company is shady. The day of my move they showed up 6 hours late, and after going over my quote and deciding to add on a few things I really didn’t want to leave behind, I ended up getting charged double the original quote price (originally was around $1,200, I ended up getting charged $3,165 before they would deliver my things). I was young and alone, and the movers extorted me for money saying they’d “take care of my things as long as I take care of them”, which scared me and it was late at night (because they were late showing up) so I had to go take money out to tip them each $25. They lost one of my most important boxes which had a few hundred dollars worth of electronics in it and they didn’t care, and after I spent days driving across the country and got home I had to wait over 4 weeks before they delivered my things. I kept calling and asking and they kept saying they were waiting for a truck, so my things sat in a warehouse for about a month. So please, please choose any other company. I hope this one goes out of business.
Trust the bad reviews, the good ones must be paid! We were told 3-5 days we would have our stuff. It’s now been 2.5 weeks and NOTHING. The offices just do the “I’ll call you back with information” and NOTHING. It’s been a week of us calling and they can’t seem to give any information on our stuff. This is all stuff we NEED. all our kitchen stuff, all our clothes, and my husband’s work stuff, our furniture. I truly regret choosing them. There hasn’t been one night I’m not praying our stuff gets here safely. If you can just find another company, do it. Don’t even try considering this company.
