Because of your company's policies you are in the position to abuse those policies. Specifically the "Packed By Owner" policy.

This group made our move unbelievably easy. The communication and teamwork that these guys showed was amazing. I’ll never move again but I’ll gladly recommend this company to anyone. They moved my entire house including a pretty big hot tub for a lower price then most companies wanted for just the tub. In fact they came in $400 under the estimated cost.
