Customer Service is horrible. Our quote was $1349.81. We were required to give a $100 deposit which is acceptable. We cancelled our reservation days before because our closing date changed. As soon as we knew of the change we notified the company. We didn’t have a new closing date so we didn’t rebook. The company took the liberty to charge our credit card the full amount without approval or notification. Once I saw it in my statement I called and tried to get the charge reversed. I they denied our even though I agreed to forfeit the $100 deposit. They lied to our bank claiming they “drove to our location and had to wait for our decision”. Which is ridiculous. This was not true as they never arrived (because we cancelled)! Unfortunately because the company’s main phone number is a 1-800 then forwarded to employees cell phones, we cannot prove we made a call to them to cancel because we redialed a past received phone number. In the end we were able to get a partial refund and they got $465 of our money. Their scam worked and I just want to warn others. They don’t deserve any stars, but zero is not an option. I have since discovered that due to the number of complaints, the BBB (even though they are not accredited) has given them an F rating.

Absolutely horrible!!! I recommended them to my daughter and it was the worst experience ever!!! She now needs to purchase all new furniture! I will never recommend this company again.,,not even to take out the garbage!
