I felt pretty unsafe at the end of my move. Everything went according to plan until we arrived at my destination. I had arranged with Universal in advance to call in my credit card number to the office to pay because I didn't have another method of payment. But when I called the office they were closed. Instead of working with me to find a solution, the team of men helping me move made me feel pretty intimidated and threatened--it was aggravated by the fact that no one on the team was able to communicate with me in English.
