I've had to rent a car trailers a few times. They make it fast and easy. Will use the service here again.

We hired this company to move, store and move our belongings. The crew on moving day was very nice and they seemed to do a good job of wrapping things up that were going to storage. Moving out day went well. The moving truck left a big oil puddle in the driveway but that was no longer our problem. Fast forward to moving in day 3 months later. Some of our furniture and items came back dented and scratched. I suppose that is to be expected. Our staircase is tight and the walls got beat up. Again to be expected. We had some broken glass that they paid to replace. It took us a few weeks to completely unpack. We had boxes of china marked fragile and many of the plates wrapped in paper and bubble wrap were broken. Also at least one missing box that the company just kind of blew us off about. I don't know how this company stores things but I think it may be not the best way. They stored 2 aluminum ladders for us and returned one aluminum and one fiberglass. If this company is willing or able to find my missing box, I'd be more than willing to edit my review.

I've worked with Angela here and every time she has been an absolute gem to make sure I get everything I need handled. I've stayed at Extra Space Storage longer as a company just because of Angela.

We recently suffered a loss in the family and were faced with the daunting task of cleaning out my father’s apartment and moving his belongings to donor families who would receive some of his furnishings, with other pieces of his furniture set to come home with us and finally the balance to be donated to our local mission, Helping Hands.

I spoke with several moving companies who service our area for a local move with the three stops. Kyle immediately responded, provided an excellent price and showed up for us at a very emotional difficult time and when we really needed a hand reached out to us.

Kyle and his crew were prompt, thoughtful and gently moved dad’s things, coordinated our somewhat complicated move and got it right; they asked questions and were kind and they loved our two Pitties too!!

Full stop at 5 Star, look no further, they are the absolute BEST!

We are now working on another project and will definitely work with 5 Star!
