We highly recommend that you NOT use Storage Sense! Their facility is not maintained. The interior is dirty and always has the horrible odor of decomposing mice. The exterior is not maintained either. The driveways are dirt roads and never graded. After it snows it takes them SEVERAL DAYS to plow, making the units inaccessible. There is no “customer service.” They have no one on site and, if you call them, you get someone in Atlanta who has no idea what’s going on. They raise their prices every couple of months without giving notice. All in all, Storage Sense is a DREADFUL OPERATION.
