Faculty is very friendly and clean facility

Absolutely the worst. Gave me a price for two containers across country. Loaded my stuff into three containers without telling me then called me a half our later to let me know I owed an additional $1500. Whole thing felt sketchy. Look inside the containers before you sign and they drive away. (And delivery was late with damages!)

I highly recommend this place. Everyone is very helpful and you can't beat their prices. I will definitely be returning

Horrible customer service. Unbelievably expensive with inflated charges. Charging a 30 day storage fee for only 10 days!! Do not recommend and will never use again.

Called for flatbed service last minute on a whim. Didn't think they could get it done since I needed it done so fast, but got a call right back from the owner. Very helpful and they were able to accommodate us pretty fast and price was not unreasonable, even though it was a rush job. Would definitely recommend.

Mark did a great job taking care and selling my mom’s house. He moved furniture, piano and assorted objects to myself and my children. He put in a security system since I was out of state and coordinated visits from various companies. He has a pleasant personality and found the right buyer that would be happy in the house. Very happy with his overall performance and a joy to work with. Highly recommended.

The Property Manger, Isiah at the Farmingdale, New York Public storage location is great. He is extremely professional and courteous. He was able to help my family and I rent a unit in a timely manner. He is kind, knowledgeable, understanding and explains to you any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend you keeping him because he is a jewel and a people's person.

Terrible experience; staff very rude and I they make you feel like you just bothering them. I made a reservation, gave them all the information over the phone including my phone number, and then when I got the they are giving me an attitude because I didn't want to provide an alternative phone number. Highly disappointed
