Hired them to move furniture. “Movers” came with no tools , no dolly , no moving blankets, nothing. Made damages to my house at that point we had them leave . Owner did come down and while I thought. We reached an understanding. I woke up to seeing unauthorized charges to my card. It was a very traumatic and frightening experience to deal with this company.

I referred this company to my mother who needed help moving . She is leaving a bad marriage after 30 years and had planned on having y’all come by this morning, as discussed over the phone. She waited and waited all morning and no one ever showed up. I feel stupid for referring her here, she doesn’t know how to use a computer so I was reading reviews and had her call here for help. Is there a reason why no one ever showed up? People have lives and plan their days around set plans- I am very disappointed and feel really bad for her now. I wish someone would call and make this right and do the job that she was hiring you for, or at least apologize for being a no call no show.
