These guys are crooks and I'd give them zero stars if I could. They came to my 1-bedroom apartment, evaluated the amount of stuff that needed to be moved and gave us a price. We paid a deposit. A few days prior to the move, the office called and asked us if we needed any boxes. I said yes. They asked how many. I responded, "I don't know, you guys were here and saw how much stuff we had." She insisted on a number and I said, bring 100 and take back what we don't use. At that point, the woman in the office said they were cancelling the move because "we misrepresented the amount of stuff we needed to move." (Keep in mind they were at the apartment and saw what was there.) A friend, who personally knew movers, said they probably got a BIGGER job, like a 40 bedroom house, and that's why they cancelled us at the last minute. THEY NEVER RETURNED OUR DEPOSIT.

On top of the fact that many items (art, dresses) were stolen during the move or while in storage or just lost, they insisted that we owed them ~4K more than the mutually agreed upon upfront estimate (reviewed and discussed in-person and by email).
