I've had some poor experiences with staff at this facility. My last rental was a completely different experience. Your rental agent was helpful, friendly and knowledgable! She was literally the opposite of many of the other employees I've dealt with at your store. Not only was this reassuring, it also means I'll be back when I need something else. You should really double whatever you are paying her! No, really, please double her pay. Right away. Jen is literally the difference between me using your equipment and going somewhere else. I can't state strongly enough how she made my experience at your store painless and pleasant.

Chris and his crew were absolutely fabulous! I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever move again they will be my go to team. I was moving out of state and they made the entire moving process painless from start to finish. The crew was kind, professional, and fun. They took such good care of me and I appreciate every single one of them! I’ve used 2 men and a Truck in the past and Takin Bros. Transfer & Storage were far superior.
