I used the company back in December 2019. TC and MK did a great job! The job took 3 hours over the time assumed and they were very polite and finished.

We move A LOT due to my husbands job, and this move was the BEST we have ever experienced. It was a cross country move from CA to Auburn, AL, with 6 weeks of storage. Carlton was amazing from start to finish and coordinated everything for us, from packing in CA, to loading, transport to storage, and then into the house. They went above and beyond taking care of our things, being flexible with drop off date, came back twice to get the debris and assemble furniture we weren’t able to do on moving day. AND to top it off, this was all during COVID-19 so we had masks and social distancing during a move in. His team and workers are professional, courteous, and hard working. Highly recommend. They are the best

Dropped someone off

Horrible horrible horrible .... honestly I would run in the opposite direction. The actual mover were great once they arrived but the company as a whole is trash. So I used them 2 times may 9 ( which they never ever showed and said it was their tire and then water pump or something on the truck) but since they didn’t show I had to move on Mother’s Day. The movers came and busted out everything rather quickly. Today we moved stuff out of storage and we were suppose to be from 2-3, then 3-4, then 5pm and then they show up at 7 pm. The company doesn’t answer the phone but needless to say I would never ever use this low budget moving company ... I rather pay more out of pocket. I wish I could give no stars

We waited in the store for 10 mins until Someone walked in from the back to help. We did the scan and go on the app, and the man still wanted to verify our items and print a confirmation. Why do scan and go if you have to wait in line anyways?

Movers parked in a location that caused difficulty. We asked them to pull closer to the home but were told they could not. The move should not have taken so much time. It took 3 guys an hour to take a bed apart. It took another hour for 3 guys to put it back together. Have used this service in the past and had no problems at all. This time they were over an hour late and their pace was sluggish, at best. Had concerns regarding our experience and attempted to reach out but did not receive a return call. Would like to have discussed concerns before posting a negative review. FOLLOW-UP: I finally got a return call and was promised a 10% discount to be returned to us. Increased from 2 stars to 3 stars since I did receive a call back and an apology.

They're friendly..they have one particular mover named Bryant..he was awesome!!..very professional.. polite and got the job done in a timely fashion...

Leaves damage to other people's property and does not even bother to tell them and acts like nothing happened. Wires left after they knock them down and act like they did nothing.Awful company. Not to mention workers peeing on the property while they work also and not wearing masks during a pandemic.
