We moved our household and vehicle from southwest Ohio to Arizona with Stacey Moving and Storage. From start to finish, our experience was just what you want it to be-experienced, professional and efficient. We knew the estimate of our move was binding, and could plan for the costs accordingly. Our final invoice proved to be even less, based on the weight of our household goods. Our personable moving coordinator kept us up to date on planning and execution of the move; she was also readily available to answer questions. Packing and loading/unloading crew on both ends of the move were pleasant, experienced and careful with our goods, and were great with our dog. Our driver was thorough with documentation and clearly communicated the arrival date of our goods. While a cross country move is stressful, Stacey made it about as simple as it could be.

We hired this company based off of their competitive price quote and highly rated reviews. We had them move bedroom furniture into a storage unit. The positive was they moved our furniture efficiently and were hard workers. Unfortunately, I was a bit put off by the customer service aspect. Not the friendliest company to work with. We do plan to use them when we have to move our furniture to our home in a month and will update the review accordingly.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you Ryan, Tyler, and Jeff! This was my second time moving with Big John Movers. I have a 2 bedroom apartment with a decent amount of furniture. Most of my furniture is awkwardly shaped and my new apartment was on the 3rd floor. These guys work hard and take very great care of your belongings. They moved my entire apartment from one facility to another in exactly 3 hours. When I tried to move it myself it took me over 11 hours. They also do not go slow. They try to get everything moved for you as fast as possible so that you can save as much money as possible. They are expert packers and will place your belongings where you want in your apartment. They also are willing to take tables and such apart for you. I will certainly be using them again next time I move. The first time I had used Louis, Pat, and Kyle. They also did a great job. I only had them move the furniture and not all of my other belongings. That move only took 1 hour. However, when I moved the second time I realized it was worth paying to have the crew move everything.

Ashley was incredible! We had to change moving days several times, and she made the process so easy. Right from the start, our estimate was accurate and the website. Because the website was user friendly, we could give an accurate description of items to be moved. The moving crew was also very professional and hard working. Everything about the move was excellent. Great communication by Nick and Meagan before and during the move. Matt, Brenda, and Randy worked diligently and carefully to pack and transfer my items among 3 locations according to my instructions. Nothing was damaged. I will definitely use Planes again for future moves.
