New Albany Moving Companies 2023

I cannot recommend JJ Cabus Moving Company. The guys were nice but not only did they take forever to move one bedroom set, small amount of items from basement and family room furniture, they also damaged most of my bedroom furniture. There were several scuff and groove marks all over. They also broke an appliance. The owner initially appeared to try to address the issue but actually tried to skirt his responsibility. I tried several times to to commusnicate with the owner with no resolve. I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Jon and Brian were very professional and assisted me with my move across the country. Everyone involved was careful and extremely efficient. I am so thankful for the great service they provided!

Jordan, Tristan and Dave were awesome to work with. They were very careful with everything and when I had a very delicate and precious item, they took great care in wrapping.

Company delivered what they promised and employee did the extra mile which I really appreciated as a customer. One thing that even stood out was the communication between the team and myself which was exceptional and great. I got a notification when they started, what was going on and when they were done. Couldn’t be more satisfied as a customer!!!!

Zach set up my move in a few easy steps and arranged to have someone deliver boxes to me in advance for packing. He was super easy to reach and responsive to any questions or changes I sent his way. Everybody I interacted with were easygoing, professional and thorough. I would definitely call on them again!

Today I worked with Darrin (1839) and Mike (1640) as they moved a couch from one part of my house to another. They were professional, respectful, and willing to try different options of where in my house we could move the couch to. At my request, they tried to move my couch to an area I had previously tried and failed and I wondered if having a professional do it would change the outcome. Darrin and Mike were so willing to give it a try even after I told them about my attempt. We ended up having to go with the originally planned location, and everything worked out so well. Darrin and Mike even put the cushions back on my couch when I didn't even ask them or expect them to. It was great meeting them today and they did a wonderful job. I'd be happy to have Darrin and Mike come back to help me move the next time I need help! They were great about letting me know about their arrival time and were even able to make it here a bit early, which totally worked out. Very happy with my experience!

Justin, Jacob, and Arvontai were awesome to work with, on time and very professional. They were very careful when moving all of our items and We are a great crew! If we ever move again, we will definitely use this company. The communication and Quality is just the best! Thanks again
