Booked a 26 foot truck 3 weeks in advance so I’d definitely have it for my move. The day before they called me and said they were all rented out and 16 foot was the biggest I could have. Then, get in the truck it’s dirty and filled with trash. Also, the gas was not full despite the paperwork saying it was clean and had a full tank. Have to fill up half the tank when I only drove maybe 10 miles. Awesome. I’ve moved 4 times and used Penske 3/4 times. This is the first time I’ve ever had a truck this nasty. I will probably stick to uhaul after this experience. Customer service was a joke as well.
