5 star for dave - lead crew member

They brought a tiny truck and 2 guys when I was supposed to have a 28' truck and 3 guys. It was a ridiculous mistake on their part, and the move took 2 trips and twice as long. The 5 star rating is because of manager Trey's accepting accountability and adjusting the price to make up for the mistake. My movers were awesome. I wish they had told me their names so I could mention them. All in all, thanks, guys! Trey turned a horrible experience into a great experience! Would record, but please confirm, confirm, confirm that truck size ahead of time.

The driver Mario and his assistant were super quick in packing and unpacking my 40 pieces in less than 2 hours. Delivered without a problem in one week as promised. Price was not exactly cheap, but the mover deserved it.. Recommend highly.

Everyone I worked with at this place was super nice and great at their job. From my very first call to get a quote (I spoke to Shantie, who was SO lovely) I felt valued and respected. The guys who came to move me, Chris and Avery, were very polite, respectful, friendly and nice. They did an amazing job - I was impressed at their strength, their organization and maneuverability in the truck, and their speed. And the price was DEFINITELY right. Hopefully I won't have to move again any time soon but I would definitely choose this company again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending them to friends. Thanks so much!!
