I’ve been renting here for a few months and it’s literally a huge pain to do anything! Their janky proximity card entry system never works right. Not to mention they are never around when you need them, and when you approach them with an issue they get all offended and defensive! They both refuse to listen and try to talk over you. Everytime I need in my unit it’s some kind of issue. The autopay system is hit and miss while they make ZERO attempts to notify you there was an issue. They will just lock you out then charge a Bs late fee. Spend a little extra and go to a legit facility.

Attic@20 is a great storage facility. I have had a locker there since 2016. The lockers are always clean and I have never once seen signs of pests. The management is easy to work with and very helpful. I highly recommend Attic@20 if you need a storage facility.
