Great company, highly recommend them! They were reasonably priced, prompt, professional and courteous. The two movers they sent out (Chance and Nate) were very professional and arrived right on time like clockwork! They moved our items carefully and quickly without a scratch! We are very glad we hired them and would use them again!

We have moved at least 12 times in the last 20 years. Local, interstate and even international. Our local move last week was hands down the best experience ever. Chris, Joseph and Mike arrived exactly on time. They moved all of the furniture our 4 bedroom house and set it up at the new house which was just a short distance in just over 3 hours. Through it all they were professional, courteous and handled everything with great care. The price was amazing. Less than half of other estimates we'd received. If you want to have a smooth move with no problems, you should hire All Around Movers.

I have had the worst experience with this company. They left a deep gouge on my front door casement and on my hardwood floor. Misquoted the move time and amount. Took 100 off the bill for the damage without my being allowed approval, and told me they would be sending out a repairman. I called to schedule the repair and was told the 100 off was in lieu of repair rather than in addition to repair. I only chose this company because no one else would answer the phone, but I was expecting professional movers who would not just shove a refrigerator through a non-small door frame without looking, who would not drag a fridge across the floor. Should have had friends do the move instead, I thought this would be less damage not more.

This is the 2nd time we've used Crosstown Movers. Kyle and Dillon were efficient and careful. They were respectful to me and with my mother's boxes and furniture. It was a long, busy day and they stayed right with it. Thanks again, guys!

Don't know anything about this company besides the fact that the driver will park anywhere they want and dont care if they block a 7/11 drive way in mcminnville. Two of the rigs parked side by side. They blocked in a few cars and didn't seem to care. Definitely know I will not be using this company when it's time to move.

Friendly staff, willing to accommodate those needing a scale before their open at 8a hrs.

I thought that the prices were reasonable, but I believe that out possessions could have been treated with more care. Average.

Problem: Horrible service and delivery. After countless mess ups this business damaged our home- which they did resolve. Ordered furniture in May, and it is October and we still are yet to recieve the furniture. We have specified many times when we are available at the house, delivery is scheduled and then they either don't show up because of issues or once they arrive the furniture wasn't pre inspected as requested and once again we have to reorder. They were supposed to arrive yesterday on 10/14- scheduled 3;30-5;30. I asked and noted over 5 times at this point that we aren't home until 3;30. The delivery drivers called at 1:40 saying they were on the way. My husband called when he was almost home like we requested and the delivery company didn't wait 15 minutes. We have been waiting five months to get this furniture. WDI is a horrible company, the customer service over the phone doesn't care about you, they don't realize you can't run home from work to deliver furniture countless times and then once the furniture arrives have it be messed up even after you asked for them to prei-nspect it so we don't waste the time. Z gallerie has addressed the issue with the quality, but the issue isn't with the furniture, it's with the delivery company that keeps wasting our time and doesn't care. Now once again we have to wait for the supervisor to arrive to approve a delivery which will take 2 weeks then to schedule out so here we go again, another MONTH. Never use this company for your own move- they will either damage your house, cause a headache with the service, or waste your time! Absolutely the worst moving company to go with. They deliver for Z Gallerie, such a nice company chose this horrible delivery company. We have waited five months to get our furniture delivered. All because of the delivery process, the scheduled deliveries that are not scheduled properly and then they leave, or the furniture not being inspected and then brought over and over and taken away again. We have spent so much time being at the house, and once again having them either show up and leave again with another issue or schedule us weeks and weeks out all because they didn't wait fifteen minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I used them to move some things into storage while my house was being remodeled. They boxed, moved and stored my things and then delivered them back to me when the remodel was done. The guys were professional and friendly; they were also very funny. We had brand new very expensive furniture as well as some family heirlooms that were over 100 years old. I would recommend them with full confidence.
