Call him he said he would get back to me. We texted a few time he said he will give me a quote. Never heard back from him. That was 5 days ago. Very unprofessional!!

These are the worst movers on earth. My landlord chose this company due to renovations and they obviously took the cheap route. Broke three of my household items and almost hit my car. Parked so close to my car that I couldn’t even get in it and when I was yelling at him he told me it would be fine. I immediately went to move it and had 1/2 inch to get in the car if that so had to crawl over the passenger side and the gear shift and all that nonsense just to move my car. Horrible, Ignorant, incompetent morons. Tried to add video of movers almost hitting car but can’t.

Update 2/12/20205: received. Claim form in the mail along with a letter from them. Letter states we are sorry and blah blah. My ridiculous landlord went the cheap route and they will only pay 66 cents a pound per item. So I will get 16.76 for a tv. And they will only reimburse for items that they don’t consider old. My daughters bed frame and my fireplace are a few years old but they were still in like new condition before these people moved my stuff.

All I can say is if you use this place or your landlord forces you to, you better have renters insurance. If not you will get nothing back, and have to replace your items.

Looks like I may have to get a lawyer involved since I was basically forced to switch apartments and I had no choice in what movers were used and I have to replace 725.00 in items and not be reimbursed for them.
