There's nothing like seeing a heavy machine operator driving and operating said machine with one hand while talking on the phone with the other. Aside from that they are continuously standing around while a couple people work. I get you're paid by the hour but maybe if they paid by the job they'd have a little fire lit under their ass to finish a job quickly. Constantly walking in front of traffic, acting like they own the street, and holding people up for 10+ minutes. I wouldn't consider them if my life depended on it.
This manager, Heather Horton should be fired!! Many people would agree! Is it time for a peaceful protest?!?! ??♂️ She’s been very rude to a lot of people besides me! I would say maybe extra training but now this is just a bad person who has the motivation and wrong place and it’s very obvious why!Maybe I can get some help understanding why I was charged so much here there’s extra money in the line items underneath the original dollar amount. Also, the service from the manager Heather! was horrible! The other employees were awesome. I just wanna say that.
The manager at this location told me she would refund the insurance. I did not want to pay for which I was charged for anyway at the kiosk and asked numerous times not to be charged for this. I was told that when I come back to return the truck, I would be refunded the insurance of course then she can say you shouldn’t have paid for it in the first place very rude and irresponsible!!! When I came back in to talk to her, she ignored me and walked walked away with other employees apologizing telling me she would refund my $40 later. Also here is the invoice which I do not understand the charges and I feel like I was way overcharged and the management at this location is extremely biased. I feel politically motivated and I can’t get an explanation of what I feel is overcharging. Can someone look at this and help me out Maybe thanks guys. This manager needs some customer service training and needs to be checked. I moved about two months ago and I haven’t had any time to deal with this till now. Taking advantage of people who are in a hurry and don’t have time Is how she deals with things so as not to face responsibility. These charges just don’t seem right. Maybe I’m wrong, but I was treated real bad at this location and I feel I was way overcharged and definitely wasn’t refunded what I was told I would be.
Really great storage facility, the previous two I had before this had stuff stolen from people's units in broad daylight, even a section of wall that was so broken people could remove it & crawl under the gate to access it. The other storage facility had mice issues they could never get rid of no matter what they did. Uhaul has gone above & beyond with safety measures, cleanliness, friendliness & professionalism, I would definitely recommend this facility, & I would certainly store here again should I ever need to in the future.
