Worst experience I could have ever imagined. The timeline of my move was pushed back at least 5 times. When they showed up, they charged me QUADRUPLE what I was quoted for. Customer service is not existent. I called every day for two weeks before I placed a complaint with the FMCSA and conveniently got a call shortly after. They said that their phone lines were down.. for two weeks?? When our things finally arrived, we were told that TVs would be mounted and furniture would be assembled. Didn’t happen. Actually, the furniture was mangled, so I can understand why they wouldn’t want to put it together.Probably because it gets moved around so many times before it gets to you. Lastly, we are missing items and we have somebody else’s items in our possession.. I am begging you, do not use this company. They should be out of business for their immoral business practices.
