I can't say enough positive things about Kennedy Transfer. First, Steve Kennedy who made an onsite visit and gave me an estimate. Friendly and professional! The voice of the Company, Melissa was like talking to a friend as she guided me through the process. A Plus! Then they assigned me an All Star crew! John, Carl, Matthew, and Hunter busted their butts to take care of my parents property. They brought a huge antique bookcase to my home without a scratch. This bookcase was no joke in weight and age. My biggest concern was the curved glass. With confidence they said no problem. John and Carl power lifted the piece with Matthew and Hunter keeping it center. A 140 year old piece made its 4th move in its lifetime without a scratch! I joke with the crew that it took "Men of the North" to get this property to its destination. Our movers were Tom, Sam, Nick, & Jerry. They were very helpful, Polite, and hard workers. They showed up on time! They brought in 6 Huge boxes. Boxes Too big to get through the doorway, so they put them in the garage. They then offered to empty the huge boxes and move ALL boxes into the house. They were quick and efficient. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and use them again.

During a time when a long distance move had to be escalated due to an emergency I found solid , trusted help with this company. They provided solutions and comfort in a stressful and exhausting situation that I'm certian in the hands of any other movers would have been a nightmare- not to mention a costly one . Luke, Keith, and Richard ALL teamed up together with know how, hard work and genuine concern. They worked dilgently without hesitation. The move was seamless thanks to ALL of them at Mcnaughton. Forever grateful for their professionalism and kindness . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MCNAUGHTON! If you want a trusted moving company to handle any and all of your relocation needs they have what it takes and then some.

My husband Jason and I just moved during this stressful quarantine time, and Doug and his guys at Appalachian Movers Transport were wonderful! They came with their masks on and were So speedy and efficient about getting our furniture out fast. I was amazed. All the crew were friendly, respectful, and efficient. We were in our new home in no time with all the furniture in the right place. Doug was professional and friendly to communicate with prior also, and made the process so easy for us. I can’t recommend Doug and his crew highly enough for your moving needs. Small business strong!

I had this company lined up to move and on the day they were to move us they were a no show!! Owner stated he tried to confirm things the day before, yet the previous Friday he texted me would it be ok to come around 8:30-9am Tuesday. I texted back saying yes this would be great, so what more confirmation did he need?? So this jerk went off and made another appt. for that day and said he was booked for the rest of the week. Stay away from these people at all costs, they are extremely unprofessional and could care less about their customers!!

Our tenants used this company and was quite happy with them. After doing a walk through of our home after they left we noted plenty of damage. Our tenants blamed EL Dinges for the damage to our new kitchen floor in particular and stated she bought insurance to cover it . After some communication with Dinges we learned our tenant lied to us and made false claims about the movers. Dinges did however came and took pictures and addressed our claim...kudos to them ..thank you

Was a little hectic getting information about the move and its scheduling, but once the movers got here I was extremely impressed how smoothly everything went. I packed my own boxes so when the got there it was ready, they were able to complete the initial packing within 2 hours and then unload took about 1 hour. Moving crew were polite and took great care with my stuff to make sure nothing was broken. Will probably call them again when i decide to move from my current apartment to a house.
